PROGRAM OVERVIEW

SoulFlow is a 28-week transformational journey delivered online through the SoulFlow Portal. It offers self-mastery tools, energetic recalibration, and deep inner alignment. The program includes:

  • Access to the SoulFlow Online Portal

  • Group calls or 1-on-1 private sessions (based on tier)

  • Guided meditations and recalibration protocols

  • Bonus energetic tools

  • Access to the SoulStar Lounge community group

 

AGREEMENT & PARTICIPATION

By enrolling in SoulFlow, you:

  • Acknowledge that this is a soul-level commitment, not a casual coaching program

  • Agree to honour the full term of your participation (28 weeks)

  • Understand that the content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice

 

PAYMENT TERMS

You may pay:

  • In full upfront

  • Or via a weekly or monthly payment plan (additional admin fee included)

Payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), or bank transfer (case-by-case approval).

 

You agree:

  • To keep payments up to date

  • That access may be paused for failed or late payments

  • That you are responsible for the full payment unless otherwise agreed

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

No refunds are available after enrolment due to the energetic activation that begins at commitment.

  • Group Journey: Early cancellation incurs a fee of $1450 or the remaining payment amount, whichever is less.

  • 1-on-1 Immersion: Cancellation incurs a fee of $4,500 or the remaining payment amount, whichever is less.

You are encouraged to enrol only if your soul is fully ready to walk the journey.

ACCESS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • You will have access to the SoulFlow Portal and materials for the duration of your 28-week program

  • You may not share, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any materials

  • All content is the intellectual property of Bodyflow Energetics

 

COMMUNITY & CODE OF PRESENCE

SoulFlow is a sacred container. By participating, you agree to:

  • Respect other participants’ privacy and confidentiality

  • Show up authentically, with kindness and presence

  • Engage in group calls and community spaces with integrity

Any violation may result in removal without refund.

 

ENERGETIC SUPPORT & SOVEREIGNTY

Some tiers include energetic support between sessions. This is not therapy or emergency care—it is energetic mentoring. You agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your energy and healing

  • Use the tools with discernment and self-awareness

  • Reach out for additional support as needed

 

UPGRADE PATHWAY

You may request to upgrade from the Group Journey to the 1-on-1 Immersion during the program. This is subject to availability and will require a prorated fee adjustment.

DISPUTES & LEGAL JURISDICTION

Any legal matters will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Disputes will first be addressed in good faith through informal dialogue. If unresolved, a mediator may be appointed by the Queensland Law Society.
